First Steps Towards Healing:

• Learn all you can about narcissism.  Education is always the key to understanding anything.  The more you know about narcissism, the better off you will be.  You will gain insight on how narcissist's think.  We are all individuals, and so are narcissists.  No 2 narcissists are exactly the same.

• Narcissist's cannot change, and are not rational.  Trying to show them they are wrong is a waste of your time.  If you are still engaging in arguing or using logic to show/prove them wrong, it simply won't work.
